With over 25 years of experience across diverse private sectors, Aria has extended his expertise to the realm of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), particularly in the arena of environmental and renewable energy concerns. His remarkable journey in management and finance is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence.

Aria’s journey to mastery has been marked by dedication and continuous education. From completing diploma level three to strata two education, supplemented by a range of courses and training in accounting, business, and management, he has honed his craft. Aria earned his accounting diploma and bachelor’s degree from the State College of Accountancy (STAN), later pursuing postgraduate studies for a Master of Management degree from the IPMI International Business School, an MBA from Monash University in Australia, and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.

Amid his successful trajectory in the private sector, Aria’s career path took a transformative turn in 2017 when he ventured into the world of NGOs, starting with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Indonesia as Director of Finance and Administration until 2020. Aria continued his journey as CEO of the PADMI Mandiri Foundation, empowering nature, villages, and Indonesian communities. His passion for sharing knowledge led him to become a management and financial consultant, facilitating growth for various enterprises. Today, as Executive Director at Coaction Indonesia, Aria steers the organization toward sustained success. He nurtures Coaction’s human capital, forges strategic partnerships, and adeptly manages grant funds from diverse donors.

In the midst of his busy schedule, Aria’s commitment to knowledge sharing is evident as he serves as a lecturer at the Binus International Business School Postgraduate Program and participates as a speaker and instructor in seminars and training events aligned with his expertise. Through his multifaceted roles, Aria Nagasastra embodies the spirit of transformation and contribution in the realms of management, finance, and beyond.
