Coaction Indonesia is a non-profit organization that supports sustainable development through advocacy, public campaigns, and strategic collaborations, particularly in the areas of renewable energy transition and the promotion of Green Jobs for the younger generation. To deepen its understanding of youth engagement in this field, Coaction Indonesia conducted a preliminary study to explore young people’s perceptions of and participation in Green Jobs.

This study identifies key trends, challenges, and target segments, and also serves as the foundation for developing a campaign strategy
through 2029. The insights gathered are used to formulate recommendations for both government and industry stakeholders to increase youth involvement in Indonesia’s renewable energytransition.

The project is supported by Surveyou!, which provided the survey infrastructure and respondent outreach across Indonesia, ensuring reliable and representative data. This collaboration enables Coaction Indonesia to design a data-driven Green Jobs campaign strategy aimed at enhancing youth participation in sustainable employment.
